Bel Viso Skin Spa

Where do i begin, this had to one the worst experiences that I experienced with my girlfriend at this spa. We waited additional 45 minutes before being seen and this is with appointment cause it's s appointment only there. We weren't nicely it appeared the owner just had attitude the entire time. I didn't see her smile once when we there. My girlfriend had her eyebrows trimmed and they end up taking the whole eyebrow off almost to the skin. I had a facial and whatever they put on face at the burn so badly there was no warning it might hurt before using it. Terrible experience.

I had been coming to Bel Viso for almost 3 years with the vast majority of my appointments with the owner. i didn't have an issue in the world and was receiving good customer care. Due to COVID it had a havoc effect on me. Olga knew all of this because after three years I consider her as a friend. I had a waxing appointment for Thursday February 16, 2023 for 11:30. Enroute to the spa I had to activate my new debt card and my bank has extreme measures for activating a new card. You have to either make a trasciation using the pin they provided or you could use it at an ATM using the pin they provided. I tried both attempts and neither was working it was saying wrong pin. I reached to the owner and her text were very friendly and understanding; then at 6:30 I get a text saying I was no longer welcomed.

I was stunned and as soon as she sent the text message she then blocked me. Not only was I a long standing monthly appointments at the spa; I also referred over 10 people with each one scheduling and having at least one service and trip to the salon.

Place is really nice. very small tho. very calming. always felt welcomed.

I've been going to Bel Viso skin Spa for almost two years now and I've never been disappointed. I've gotten a Brazilian wax v stream and a vacial and have loved everything about all services. Olga is the owner and is amazing. She's very professional the space is beautiful and I love going there. I would definitely recommend the pretty kitty package you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Such a relaxing environment. I got the pretty kitty package and a deep pore facial and I left feeling so relaxed and beautiful. If you're looking for some self care defiantly give this place a try!
